Health, Safety, & Environmental Policy
The Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy affirms the company’s commitment towards environmental protection and management of the welfare of personnel, contract workmen, and visitors. We believe that strict adherence to the policy will lead to the overall growth of the company. In order to maintain a high standard of HSE at the work place, GR commits to ensuring the following:
- Identification of HSE risks and opportunities in our operations.
- Determination & compliance of obligations, adherence in all operations, monitoring to ensure fulfilment and correction of non-conformities; interest and enthusiasm in safety efforts are promoted by recognition of good safety performance.
- Embedding HSE culture in the organization.
- We work with all concerned parties to continually improve our Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.

For environmental protection:
- We ensure sustainable resource usage.
- We explore and implement measures to mitigate impact of our operations on climate change.
- We work towards pollution prevention.
- We nurture and promote biodiversity conservation in our owned-campuses and help in maintaining the ecological balance.

For eliminating unsafe incidents, prevention of
occupational illness and injuries at the workplace:
- We provide necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) to employees, and strict enforcement of use.
- We enforce all relevant statutory requirements.
- We enforce strict adherence to safety manual for all individuals entering into factory premises.
- We identify hazards and assess risks pertaining to our operations on a periodic basis.
- We implement a robust governance to review incidents, investigate and strengthen proactive deployment of actions to avoid occurrence or recurrence.
- We work on continually improving the maturity of our emergency response practices for mitigating operational threats and vulnerabilities.
- We facilitate necessary medical assistance to all personnel working in our campuses as deemed appropriate and in line with policy guidelines.
We meet mandated health and safety requirements as a minimum and strive to go beyond regulatory limitations to become an innovative leader in health, safety, and environment management.
