Procurement & Logistics Executive

Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of local transportation networks as well as international import/export logistics. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• - Manage logistics operations, including local distribution and international shipping.
• - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport companies.
• - Ensure adherence to import/export regulations and documentation requirements.
• - Optimise transportation routes and costs while maintaining delivery timelines.
• - Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and customs clearances.
• - Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and logistics partners.
• - Monitor inventory levels and support warehouse operations.
• - Prepare reports on procurement and logistics performance for management review.
