CCR CycleMax III Package — M.S. Block, BS-VI Project

Scope of Work

LSTK execution of the CCR (CycleMax III) package for the M.S. Block of the BS-VI project — overall project management, residual process design, detailed engineering including HAZOP and 3D modelling, procurement of all bought-out items, fabrication of equipment, piping and super-structure, complete civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and fire-fighting works, trial runs, pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance through handover.

• Overall project management for the CCR package
• Residual process design and detailed engineering including HAZOP & 3D modelling
• Procurement of all bought-out items and supply of all tagged and non-tagged materials
• Fabrication of equipment, piping and super-structure
• Complete civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and fire-fighting works
• Trial runs and performance guarantee support
• Pre-commissioning and commissioning assistance for handing over the unit to BPCL
